Your annual
report, reviewed
all in one place.

Design, editorial and typesetting for the fund’s annual report. Chair, CFO, counsel and auditor comment on the same page, on the same version, until sign-off.

Six owners. Six workflows. Separate documents and diverse data sets.

The chair writes the statement. Finance owns the figures. Counsel reads every disclosure, and the auditor signs last. Each reviews on their own schedule, in their own tool.

Feedback arrives as a marked-up PDF, an email thread and a call at eleven. Version nine contradicts version eight. Nobody is certain which one is current.

01

Chair

The statement. The narrative the LP reads first.

02

CFO and finance

Financial statements, capital account, the reconciled figure.

03

Investor relations

Portfolio schedule, performance commentary.

04

Counsel

Disclosures, forward-looking language, the notes.

05

Auditor

The opinion. Nothing moves after it is signed.

06

Board

Sign-off.

The Process

The annual report is the most operationally complex document a fund produces. Every section has a different owner, and every owner reviews on a different day, in a different tool.

We’ve designed a robust and repeatable process that has helped us to deliver 100+ reports, covering thousands of pages of content. See a breakdown of the process, below.

01

Pick your preferred data source

02

The report’s custom grid, type and sections, set once for the fund

03

Figures, schedules and draft text read from source with our automated workflow

04

Comments pinned to the page, sign-off by section

05

Production-grade digital document for instant delivery

The review

Everyone reads the same page.

01

One address

The report lives at a single address for the whole reporting phase. Every version is kept. Only the current revision remains open for comment, with full history of past comments.

02

Comments pinned to the page

A reviewer highlights a sentence or points out a number, not at “page 14, third paragraph” in a long email. The review thread sits beside the document.

03

Sign-off on the record

Each section is approved by the decision-maker. The approval trail is the audit trail.

04

We set every word and review every change

Senior operators prepare every round. No junior team, no hand-off to a third party, no drift between what you review and what we deliver.

What ships

The long form that lands on the LP’s desk.

01 /

The LP letter

The covering letter, set in the same design as the rest of the report.

02 /

The annual report

Digital or print. GM’s statement, the year in review, portfolio overview, financial statements.

03 /

The AGM book

Annual reports can be converted to annual meeting documents, drawn from the same source and formatted to facilitate the meeting. Presentation decks and event materials can be produced to match.

The calendar

Paced to the reporting period.

Institutional LPs expect audited annual statements within 120 days of fiscal year-end. The review room is open from the day the books close until the day the report ships. Quarterly reports can be delivered within 30 days, from first spreadsheet to finished report.
